If you are prevented from complying with our agreement, our terms are: ​
 

• When cancelling individual coaching-sessions
  At latest 2 days before the appointment – No charge.

By later cancellation 1 hour is charged. 

 

•  When cancelling tailored consultancy assignments: 
   More than 14 days before the appointment – No charge.

​​14 - 7 days before the appointment 50% is charged.

Less than 7 days before there is full charge.

​

• An open course registration is economically binding.
  However, we do accept a substitute participant, when approved through interview.
